GolfingTrips was founded in 2009 by James Harrison after a frustrating experience trying to organise a group golf trip to Portugal. Every detail — tee times, transfers, room allocation — was handled by a different company with no single point of accountability.
James built GolfingTrips around a simple idea: one dedicated specialist handles everything, from the first enquiry to the final round. Fifteen years later, that same philosophy guides every booking we make.
We have grown from a two-person team to a full office of golf travel specialists, each with personal experience at the courses and resorts we recommend. We do not sell anything we have not played ourselves.
